'Masculinism' is in current usage.I've read articles advocating men to asset their MANLY Rights.
Masculine' is the antonym of 'Feminine' & 'Masculinism' the antonym of 'Feminism'.
Quite an accepted word, no doubt about it!

machismo?
This popped into my head right away and i checked it on dictionary.com.
Hehe, the word machoism was submitted as an answer while I was typing my answer, so I checked that on dictionary.com as well, thinking it wasn't even a word but it is and the definition is machismo. =P

It would be male chauvinism, although that is a social rather than political term.
