He is a real estate mogul. and i was thinking, you need to have a liscence from each state in order to sell and buy in that state. So does he have all 50??

anyone know?

A real estate license allows you to act as an agent (middleman) in real estate transactions. You would need one per state that you were activly doing transactions in.

I agree...he most likely doesn't have one.

You don't need a license to buy real estate. You can also hire people to broker for you or get licensed. Why would he bother getting them all when it's cheaper and faster to hire that out?
