Why would she need a reason? Given that the hemlines are appropriate & not offensive or puts her in an embarrassing state, it's OK by me.
However if she dresses anywhere like Edie (Nicollette Sheridan) of Desperate Housewives... then there maybe a cause for concern!

What's wrong with wearing a skirt or dress? Woman are supposed to wear skirts and dresses and just a few decades ago, that's all they wore. Every woman wants to dress like a man nowadays.

Skirts and dresses are wonderfully feminine. I think a woman should be able to wear whatever makes her feel good.

What's wrong with that? I often wear skirts and dresses for no reason.. other than you look nice and they are comfortable. You are showing your child that you have a strong sense of who you are and it is reflected in how you dress and your attitiude!

What's the big deal? Skirts are part of being a woman. Just don't wear anything inappropriate.

Totally ok, both of them. As long they are in a style that is flattering to your body. Especially sun dresses at this time of year. You can get casual ones to wear around every day if you want. I love them both... they are so comfortable!

Your still a woman. You shouldn't have to change the way you dress to fit a stereotypical idea of marriage and motherhood. Wear what you want.

well, my mother is 31 and she has 2 kids. Coming from my point of view, it's fine as long as your not wearing anything to short or pvc material or anything!
