Easy --- find the pump and the motor should screw out of the seat -- take to west marine get replacement and screw back in

If this an Inboard, it usually under the Engine, as said above, unscrew and replace. IF, it an Outboard, it in the same area in back. The place where you remove the drain plug. This is easy most times. Make sure your wires connected good and the Hose and it not give you trouble.
You can buy these at Wal-Wort and not expensive. Also, they make an auto-switch, it just a float thing, but, you figure out this it come on for you when it need to pump water, you may already have one.
