after not speaking to your dad for eleven years i would say its time to talk things out and become good friends again. depending on how old your dad is hes not going to be around forever so nows the time to bury the hatchet

If you can't tell him to his face, (i know this sounds wack but, this is what i tired but, my dad is just, anyway.) you can write it down, write him a letter. letting him know everything from your heart and how you feel. then later come to face to face and it should be easier.
