He might of not of drinken enough fluids the day before because of the high temperatures in Germany. Dehydration can cause vomiting and blackouts, and even fainting, so, it might of been that.

Also, he could've made a very bad choice in heavy german foods, but I highly doubt that, seeing as he probably has nutrionists as friends.

it definetly was the heat because englands players are not used to so much heat. on the other side ecuador was fine because they are used to playing in very hot temperatures.

what i think that he haD DRUNK LOTS OF WATER AND ON THE PITCH HE VOMITTED OUT THAT WATER BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE THAT HIS HEARTBEATS WOULD HAVE BECOME RAPID BECAUSE OF STRESS .
IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE THAT HE HAD TAKEN SOME HEAVY DIET ETC.
