I need the link to download microsoft activesync for my Ipaq H2215. I cannot find the CD anywhere!?

I downloaded a version from MS but when I try to run it on my home PC, it says "MSVCR71.dll was not found" What the he!! does that mean? And of course HPs customer service/tech support live instant chat isn't available on Sundays! I just want to sync....HELP! Please....

usmcprincess...the MSVCR71.dll is dynamic link library. This library is needed by your CD or your software therfore I have provided a link below for you to download free.
