Leisure Studies or Recreation of some kind. Or major in Business and open your own business to host or plan or whatever it is you enjoy. If you have talent for that sort of thing, your business should prosper. Good luck in your decision :)

You might need to look at colleges' departments of communication that have specific concentrations in public relations event planning. These concentrations are often hidden in public relations degrees, public communications degrees, or organizational communication degrees.
There are also professional certifications that you can receive for event and meeting planning and event management, but these are specific to the general type of event that you wish to work with (i.e. weddings, professional conferences, corporate meetings, public relations events, etc.). Use Google to find the certifications for your particular field, usually offered by a professional association.
These certifications give you the chance to earn any relevant degree from your preferred college/university, and then specializing your talents with the trainings provided by the professional association offering the certificate.

This hardly seems like a career that needs a 4-yr program to learn. I REALLY doubt you will find one.
Either look at trade schools or specialty programs at junior colleges, or if it has to be a 4-year school, try hospitality or hotel management or business with a heavy focus on customer service, communication and logistics kinds of courses

I don't know any specifically, but you could get a degree in Communications with a minor in Business. That would help with event planning.
