I think it shouldn't have come back, but because I was an ECW Arena (Philly) regular and can't really view this as the real deal. Without Raven or the Dudleys, and with WWE being the puppetmaster pulling the strings, it's simply an imitation of the real ECW in my mind and in my heart. I miss the days of sitting in that arena in stifling heat and truly not knowing what to expect...the days when they could do whatever unimaginable thing Paul Heyman could dream up, because nobody owned them and no networks were in control.
People who didn't know or love the real ECW may answer this question by just saying it sucked then so it sucks now, but I felt you deserved an honest answer from a true ECW fan. My other yahoo id is Ladyecwfan as a matter of fact, has been since 1998 when I got online.

how was it a fail? it was more entertaining than the wwe when ecw was in its better days! fair enough it went downhill but i think it was a good idea the vince decided 2 bring back ecw coz alot of wwe fans loved ecw aswell! and in mu opinion ecw is goin 2 take over smackdown as the 2nd major brand! It is the worst wrestling show ever. They don't have any real rules and just do a bunch of stunts.
