I know this is a trick question right, You can not be serious. DO YOU really believe that CRAP? OMG please don't hand me that black ppl suffer s*** because I am NOT buying it. I live in Ky and let me be the first to tell you the black population here is making me wish I were black. I have NEVER seen "poor" people live in better homes and drive better cars in my ENTIRE life LORD.My husband fell extremely ill all tests came back he had to have a liver transplant, long story short we had to get help bc transplants are so expensive and yes we had insurance and they manages to find a hitch bc obviously this was a "preexisting" disease, our wonderful insurance companies got to love em right? , yeah anyway so I went through our services like medical card etc etc and they couldnt help BC he had made to much money but sweety while sitting and being told I couldnt get any help a very large group of black men people were gathering , well they were there to pick up there monthly checks and medical cards i dearsay, not a problem I left feeling rather distrought by this point now heres where the problem is i go out to the parking area to get in my van and im thinking there must be a convention at the restaurant just a cpl doors up bc there were prolly oh ild say 10 -12 of the most beautiful cars I've seen and guess what OH YES you know when the ppl started coming out from picking up their "WELFARE" checks they came right over and got in their pretty lil cars Now you tell me WHO'S SUFFERING?

I agree with Angel. I was grocery shopping one day and the black people in front of me in line that had gov. assistance had a lot better choice of food than I did. They are eating better than me, buying those expensive meats, etc. Don't get me wrong, some people need the help, white or black, but there a a lot that can work for it, too. It's a shame that so many don't work and expect to get help from our tax dollars!

The black race is not the only race who suffered. Look at the history of the Native Americans.. They were treated just as bad or worse..
They have moved on and became stronger because of it..
Now, its actually an advantage in America if you are a minority.

in america it is a result of culture choice.when segrigation was defeated by black solidarity it also created a social program that produced government benefits for blacks, encouraging blacks to intergrate at a level of productivety less than what they are capable of.now a system of benifits are in place that can be used by all minoritys.blacks have a sense of integrety that keeps their benifits in their family.other minoritys have tribal roots, sharing their benifits over a larger group...thus depleting the system leaving blacks in poverty without traditional work ethics...the blame can be placed anywhere, depending on your point of veiw...
