Republicans don't THINK they are above the law... they KNOW they are above the law because Geezus want's them to be... and so does that idiot in the White House, the Supreme Court, the Federal Courts, Congress and the Senate and anyone else who has a hand in making and intrepting the laws.

The drooling religious right has stacked the deck and there is nothing you can do about it... so live and be happy... OR ELSE.!

Democrats in power sometimes think THEY are above the law as well. It's a function of power more than anything else.

Those who passed the law effectively outlawing most types of abortion in South Dakota was passed deliberately, knowing that it would probably be overturned.

The President has the constitutional authority to appoint whomever he or she wishes to vacant seats on the Supreme Court.

I'm a Democratic but still you cant make a statement like that.
I mean look at the Kennedy family.
the Ex-pres slept with a movie star!
Ed got drunk drove into a lake he swam off and calmly went home for another brew and 8hours of sleep before calling the cops to say his girlfrined was still in the car!
Patrick Kennedy just got out of Drug rehab
Dude crashed his car doping prescription pills
and what did the cops do?
called him a cab!
Yes I'm a Democratic but before you rag on Republicans do your homework!

The folks that make the law think they are not subject to it.
No matter the party.

Sooner or later we all need to realize we have built a class based society where if you dont work for the Federal government you dont really count.

Republicans feel above the law because there are still idiots out there to believe the the k*r*a*p they spit and vote for them. America should declare war on idiot rather than on terror.

Isn't that strange that people are more terrorized since the beginning of the war on terror. One would think it should decrease, but it sure is not.
