so while watching her do this.... she suddenly appeared very agitated... and offended... threw the bowl on the floor, kicked it.. then refused to clean it up.... explaining to me that "I want to watch them suffer"....would this be condidered cruel and unusual punishment?

My Rice Krispies once told me "Snap! Crackle! Kiss my A*s"!! I told them "Oh yeah? Kiss MY A*s" - and sat in them... all in all not a very good idea....

Absolutely. I can't believe your friend would treat innocent rice crispies that way! You need to call the department of cereal protection services immediately. Try to separate her from the crispies, but not if you're putting yourself in danger. If you can, scoop some of the little fellas into a bowl so they don't have to suffer on the floor until the authorities arrive. Hang in there, it will be okay. Be strong.

Your friend got some pretty good acid just hang around for 12-14 hours to make sure she is OK!! And don't let her go out side ALL kinds of problems can arise if you take a walk while tripping

Definitely not a fifth ammendment violation, but is in line with first ammendment, because she can do whatever she wants to do.
Consider taking her to a psychiatrist before she violates the laws..
