Go up to her, tell her you are desperate to have sex, tell her that whenever you have sex by yourself it's her you think about, and it helps to cry a little. Girls like this even more if you interrupt them when she's in a group of friends to tell her, and to be absolutely sure she doesn't have some kind of small seizure from the excitement of knowing what's coming to her, there should be a police officer or security guard nearby to ensure things are okay. That should do it.

It depends how old you are if you are in the Teens get over it most girls will not have sex unless the are deepest.
