I've had the same thing go wrong with laptops I've used. Full-sized keyboards are pretty forgiving about popping off the keys and cleaning underneath them. I'd recommend using pressurized air to blow any dust from under the keys - you can sometimes hold the can upside down to get a burst of cold liquid-air which can sometimes remove stuff that's causing it to stick (like coffee for example). Other than that you can carefully pop one of the keys off (like the control key since you have two of them) and see if you can get it to click back in - be careful not to break any little plastic tabs - hold down one edge and pry the other off - usually they'll come off without damaging them. Otherwise, if the laptops under warranty keyboards will run you about $50 (or more installed depending on whether service/repair is covered). Good Luck. -Dallas

Maybe something sticky (like juice) is stuck in it, or, the company made a mistake.
