Smoking could be a cause but I think the culprit is your lipstick, if you are using a dark matte long-wear lipstick, it could be drying it out, just switch to a moisturising lip gloss or alternatively if you aren't keen on switching then you could apply moisturiser to your lips coupla minutes before applying the lipstick, also moisturise before going to sleep. you have worn the very thin skin on your mouth almost off and it is the blood under neath the mouth that is showing thru and looking black..it mite be bleeding a little thru this skin...the lips are the thinnest skin on the body so you can easily irritate them...and they are dry cause they are so thin...use a balm or vaseline on them and don't lick or use any products otherwise till they start making new skin and keep them moist then....it should take like 2 days or so

Go to the hospital ASAP, I don't want to scare you but if your lips change colour your blood is not circulating properly, You need to get checked out fast. make sure someone goes with you, or even better call an ambulance. good luck

listen use soft paraffin for them and they'll get fine.it may be coz of using too much of lipsticks.
