Hitlers plan was to correct evolution and erradicate entire races of people who had made the human race "soft" - and publically stated this. Bush has not been proven to be as radical or as insane yet.

Hitler was worse because he knowingly launched and orchestrated a genocide of several peoples. He believed that his Germans were the master race, and that all others should be eliminated. Bush may be a moron who launches wars on bad evidence and they result in thousands of deaths, but compared to the millions of the holocaust - and the millions more that would have happened had the world not stopped Hitler - it's a very small pittance.
