Install a filtered blower so when the doors are opened the draft makes it difficult to fly up wind. I live in a horse community and it is a tough situation

I would first find out how they are getting in then shut that off so no more will get in , then cover all food preparation surfaces and put on one of those disposable masks , use raid fly killer throughout the whole establishment because flies may be stupid but they will find a place to escape or hide if you miss anywhere

Keep those sticky fly strips hanging in back areas where your customers cannot see and then keep those rooms accessable overnight with doors propped open so they can access them and each morning you should have a clean slate in your customer area.

Do you have larva forming in your dumpster outside? Get your dumpster emptied more often ya cheap rich guy - lol.

Do you have a fly fan on your back door? Take out your trash more often. Get fly tape and traps.

fill up a couple of plastic bags with water and hang them from your celing... Flies hate them for some reason. Hope that helps :)

can't remeber the actual name of the plants ---the one that eats insects...my friend both them at a nursery .
