Same sex marriage is currently legal in Massachusetts in the USA. It is legal in all of Canada, and many European countries.

You can go through a civil ceremony in England now. But I would advise caution when considering a church marriage. My ex wife wanted a church marriage, all she talked about was walking down the aisle kneeling at the alter and singing the hymn. I know this because i overheard her say to her mother I'll alter him !
