HELL NO! Thats like a lung cancer patient suing Camel because the cigarettes they smoked for 35 yrs gave them lung cancer. The fast food chains should sue obese people for abusing their product! I hate the way this country is beginning to cater to overweight people by depriving others. First it was the lady suing about her son being fat because SHE fed him McDonalds everyday, then it was the eradication of supersze. I think that movie, Supersize Me, put unnecessary fear into people. What they dont realize is that he DID NOT EXERCISE & he ate McDonalds EVERYDAY, ALL DAY! Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against fat/obese people but I hate it when they blame others for their weight problem. Its called self-control!

I think obese people should NOT sue fast food places for being obese. It's not the fast food resturants fault that they are obese. No one told them to order the Value meals or the biggie size it for an extra 49 cents plus orde the biggest burger in the store and then go home and lay down and watch the Murray Show or Oprah. The fast food businesses are open to everyone and it is your decision if you want to eat at these places and not do something after you eat all this food. I think obese people always want to blame other people or fast food places for their excessive weight problems. I say get off your fat bums, eat healthy, exercise and stop buying the McDonald large fries or Wendy's Biggie size fries and Checkers Double Decker burger. I bet there is going to be one chubby person who is going to get offended by what I say. But who cares!

Heyyyy I love fast food, but I love to eat right , too. The individual is responsible for his own will to eat at fast food joints. The temptation is there and they prey on your hunger and it works, too. What can I say. It's according to your will. Noo I don't think fat people should sue . I think eventually the fast foods will go out of business. They'll be priced so high no one will be able to eat there. Look at the McDonald berger. How much smaller will it get? I remember the Big Mac as being huge. Now where is it?

Only if the fast food places tied the obese people down and threatened to kill their loved ones if they didn't eat hamburgers. They made a choice to eat food that they knew was unhealthy (unless they're retarted) and just because the fast food companies sold them what they want (just like tobacco or gun manufacturers) doesn't mean they are responsable for their obesity.

Absolutely not. People have so many choices and to sue an establishment just because you like to dine there is ridiculous. Now if the fast food place sells spoiled food and you get food poisoning, then that is a different story.

No,but you should sue the government for not control the quality of the food industry . Why the government keeps all the unhealthy fast food restaurants legal and only restrict the cigarette industry.Obesity will lead to a lot a diseases and there is no laws made to set rules on the industry. And our children get fat and fatter while burger fast food restaurants get richer and richer.

NO! I am a overweight person and there was no one forcing me to eat anything from those places. I think people that sue fast food places are STUPID! They act there was someone standing outside the restaurant forcing their car to pull into the parking lot and then pulled them into the building and forced food down their throats! I mean get real! They got fat because they ate to much and they should own up to the fact and take responsiblity for it.

No way Anton. Look here man, if people are gonna go out and eat fast food every darn day or how ever many times they do, they are exposing themselves to the fattiness of fats of the fast food world. People have to be smart when they go eat out at fast food places. Yeah fast food places can make the food healthier for people to eat, but they don't force people to buy it. There's the difference.

Heck no----it is their choice to eat fast food. It isnt being forced down their throats. Fast food places provide a simple service of food on the go. People have to make the choice to eat it once in a while and not make it turn into a bad habit.
