where do government get all the money from .where is it all going when its not spent on people.why do they use the public money for private use. if this going to be the case how will the developing countries actually develop.

Because government positions do not get paid as much as other activities. For example the President only makes approximatly $200,000 a year. George Bush has made millions in the oil industry. I am not suggesting that Bush is taking bribes, but using his two careers as an example of how government payroll pales in comparison to the potential of personal interest and lobbys.

All of the answers here are correct. In the 3rd world, like say the Philippines, much of the money is not from local taxes, but from foreign workers sending money back to their families. There are also huge amounts made from foreign companies who have made contracts for big projects, and government officials recieve kickbacks to arrange the contract. The money to pay for the contract, for example the electicity power plant, may be paid by the International Monetary Fund, or IMF. Economics is extremely complicated. They make it complicated so most of us normal average peolple dont understand it. Most countries have some degree of corruption, some more, some less.

It's a unwritten economic law that money talks. It ensures that people with money get to the front of the queue and so creates a more effective economic system by ignoring all the penniless losers. Don't knock a system that works.

not all people taking bribes that is their attitute.It spreads from one to another.yes u r right it is very difficult for a state to develop.
