Sometimes I'll my period regularly for like 4 months then it does not come for another 5 months or so. What do I do?

Vitex is the number one herb used for regulating cycles. However the reason you have irregular cycles may be due to a hormonal imbalance. The most commong one is PCOS.
First I would recommend having a check up with your OB/gyn to determine if you too, have such a condition.

birth controls will probably help this problem and set your period to the normal 28 day (or so) cycle.

you can probably take birth control pills to help regulate it
