There is a beautiful horse farm down the road that is for sale. Not too big to take care of. A couple of horses & some equipment. That would kill the $1 million, but I would have the home I have always wanted, a couple of nice horses, and a few extra stalls to rent out so that the place could pay for itself.

Great question! I know that you would end up bringing home about $520 million after taxes. I would pay off my bills, buy a new car for my husband, donate to a few of my favorite charities, animal rescue in particular, set up some sort of trust fund for my three kids, make some improvements to my home, and travel a little.
And oh yea... I'd buy you a green dress. (But not a real green dress, that's cruel)

I would buy a house for every member of my small family so that we wouldn't have to worry about them not having a place to live. My mom raised us alone and has never had anything new so I would also buy her a brand new car. So basically I would make sure that everyone is taken care of. and probably a few things for myself like stocks so I could continue to make money and help other people cause I grew up with nothing and know what it is like.

A neighborhood garage, surrounded by residential except for some nearby fast food. (Fifty by eighty on a sixty by one-fifty lot). I would close the business and finally begin restoring some of the orphan cars I have saved from the crusher.
(How to make a small fortune in the car restoring business: start with a large fortune.)

If I won a million dollars, I probably wouldn't see a lot of it after taxes. I would probably take the rest and invest in the stock market. Too bad a million doesn't go far these days.

If I was forced to spend it in a week because it will disappear, I'd buy a disgusting amount of clothes, shoes and jewelry. Then I'd buy a house for my Mommy in the state her family is in for all of them, I'd buy myself an apartment here in NYC, I'd buy my brother a place wherever he wants it, I'd get a car for myself and the rest of my family, I'd slip a few hundred dollar bills to the homeless folks that I believe will use it wisely, I'd get a cute dog named Sabaka, I'd get a cute kitty named it Koshka, and that seems to be all I can think of.

I'd buy stock and cd's to prepare for old age and my children's college education.
I'd also donate plenty of money to help people from homelessness.
and..yes....I'd buy tickets to travel the world with my hubby and kids, so, we could appreciate all the places there are (not just the 'affordable' ones!) lol
....all of this after getting out of debt-paying off the house, etc.
:)

Houses all over the world.
And travel plans for a year.
So I could go anywhere I want and have a nice home to stay in when I get there.

I would pay for the rest of my college education, as well as my two little brothers', pay off the mortgage for my parents' house, buy some vacation homes in the Adirondacks and the Outer Banks, and then I would give the rest to AIDS research. (I'm a little selfish.)
