When guys are GIVING oral sex to a girl?? If that is what you are asking then...they may secrete some "pre-***" just because they are sexually aroused at the time.
If you are asking what a guy secretes if a girl is performing oral sex on him then yes, he secretes semen.

I doubt it. If giving head to a woman, the man is intent on giving his lover all his attention and affection, and it's for her enjoyment. He will be aroused, but he will not likely ejaculate from his own pleasure....He needs stimulation for this....and now is not the time..unless you are stroking his penis simultaneously.
