how about a trivia session, but one that makes them think and has question about school related subjects, such as history many good questions there, even some math and english and who knows what else

your project should be related to giving them hope! it works! the youth today needs motivation to bring out their innerselfs and enhance their knowledge.knowledge can't be given its just state of mind that kicks u to look for new truths.so give them the knoeledge of hope and the will give u the required results.
