My friend left her husband because he was never home. They are trying to work it out, but I don't think that's in her best interest. They have 1 year old and my friend is 3 months pregnant. Her husband is always at work, he dosen't even know how to take care of his son. I just worry about the strss she is in from him. I don't want any harm to come to her or the baby.

I have a friend in the same boat kinda...She sticks with him however because she has no "life" skills. If she wanted to leave she probably would end up on welfare because she has no skills to get a job - This is a tough situation. I would normally say that she should leave him, however, in this instance with a child on the way she is going to have a tough time locating work and supporting herself and the one that is already here and being preg all at the same time. If she leaves this guy right now and shes pregnant ..what is she gonna go looking for? another guy?? to spend time with her? highly doubt it. Most men are consumed with their bachelor life style and freak out at the site of a pregnant chic. Its just the way it is. I didnt make the rules. If her husband is good to her as far as providing and not mean to her or abusive..I think she should stick it out and give it a chance until the new one arrives at least. That can kinda be her grace period.

P.S...good men are few and far between....where this one works all the time...the next one she finds may be a druggie or a wife beater.....

I am not sure what you are asking, but just encourage her as much as you can. Help her with day to day things. The stess is not good on the unborn baby.
