I hate my dad he makes me ****** sick .I refuse to dance with him what should I do leave when the stupid song comes up what should I do?

Let him know ahead of time you are not participating in the father/daughter dance.....then when the time comes to do the dance, go to the bathroom or go somewhere else for the few minutes it is going on. It is YOUR graduation, dont do anything you dont wanna do! It is your special day!! Have Fun!! =) And Congrats!

i have to admit, i am a bit concerned why you feel sick from your dad. i am wondering if there is a reason to be concerned. either way, if you dont want to dance with him, you just say that you dont want to. no big deal. you are old enough to make a decision like this and you dont have to go along with the pressures that family or society says is the "right" or "proper" thing to do. be nice when you tell him you dont want to dance with him and be prepared for the question: why dont you want to dance with him. try to show a maturity when answering, simply that it is your decision and you dont want to do it!

Um. . . How old are you? And, why do you hate your father? I'm sure you have good reason, but you should share, because other people could have experienced what you're experiencing now and may be able to help you.
Advice: If you want to go to the grad. . .go, tell your father you'd rather not dance with him (in a civil manner).
If you don't want to go, don't go. . .simple enough.

There are all sorts of ways to avoid the situation … for example you could leave for the rest room.
It might be a more long lasting solution if you try to deal with the problem at hand. Your relationship with your father isn’t going to go away but you might be able to make it better. Try talking to a school councilor.

Well, I'd say it really depends why you are mad at him. If its serious and repulsive definately tell him no, and maybe give him why. But if its something simple like you forgot to put the milk away, it got spoiled and you got grounded :P heh which I dont believe happened 'cause you seem pissed, dance with him. The most logical answer would be tell him no, and why you said that. If you just say no...he'll be wtf? and wonder why...unless he knows already. We need more detail.

Sometimes there are things in life that you don't like to do. Possibly you should show him this question, f word and all, and ask him for advice. Events like this sometimes change things, not often but it's an opening. If there is no hope after that, remain happy but don't do it.

if you truely dont want to dance with him, dont even invite him then you odnt havea problem but if he has o come just say you wouldnt like to dance bu tdont be so mean to him even though he is a bastard. also if all fails, just leave and hang out withsome friends that couldnt see their dads or odnt want to. You will not be forced to dance with your father. Just before go to the loo. Or tell him that you will not be dancing with him that night to save him being embarrased or you.

well i say dance with him i mean the song is not going to be like a hour or say you have to use the bathroom and stay in there until the song is over......you are cruel lol
