There is no medical need to, however you may find you will prefer to pull it back beforehand. The glans is a sensitive area for uncircumcised men, and with this pulled back you are able to feel more. The condom forms a protective layer much like the foreskin does, and so there is little to no damage to the penis itself.
The inside of the condom also contains spermicide, which helps kill any sperm. This is to further help against the risk of pregnancy. With the foreskin pulled back, the sperm is even more likely to touch the spermicide rather than hide under the foreskin and survive.
However, if the foreskin is pulled back, then it should also be washed regularly to avoid infection or discomfort. However, this is regardless of whether you pull the foreskin back for use in a condom or not, though.
