some people will say "stop eating"....NO you MUST eat to lose weight. It's false to believe that not eating will help you lose weight. If you do that it will mess your metabolism up. You can eat as much as you want actually its healthy to eat 4 or more meals a day to lose weight you just have to eat A LOT of the RIGHT things. Everyone's body is different you should speak with a consultant about what the right things to eat with your body type are.

Eat between one third to one half the quantity of food you were eating up to now. Still keep a well balanced diet. Don't eat or drink any free sugar. Don't eat fat food. Drink only water and a little milk. You should loose weight about 2 pounds per week and its a good pace! If you stick to this, you will melt to your healthy weight and keep it. Exercise is very good and so do some. But exercise is NOT the important factor to loose weight and KEEP this result! Use your will power and get good feeding habits.
Its the real key to success. Be happy!

First of all i'd set my target a little higher at first - 145 lbs, to give your body the room to adjust to the changes. The Ab Isolator is a good machine if used at least three times a week. You know those 8 glasses of water you keep hearing about? It's summer - drink 15-16.

Watch closely your consumption of animal fats, and start taking a multi-vitamin with calcium .. One-a-Day Women's Health is a good one. Know that from time-to-time you're going to plateau, but continue to do what you're doing - it's working even if it doesn't show up on the scale right away because muscle weighs more than fat.

Start with low reps and work your way up. Being too vigorous at the beginning can cause injury, which will slow your progress.

I have lost 29lbs in the last 2 1/2 months. I have eaten nothing but 6" subs (subway low calorie), water, fruit, healthy stuff. I run about everyother day for an hour. My daily intake of calories is usually less than 1100. If you limit your self and work hard, then you should be downin no time. If you calroie in take is less than what your body weight needs, then you should be golden. And as for water, make sure your water to sodium intake ratio is good. There is a thing as too much water. I weigh 180lbs and about 5-6 bottles of .9 FL OZ is about right for me. good luck

Happiness and lots of sex! Feeling good about yourself and your body makes it easier to lose and what better exercise is there if it's done right?! Having someone who appreciates you as you really is a plus to weight loss.

Diet is 65%, exercise 25%, and mental approach 10%.

Trust me, pay extreme attention to what you put into your body, and when yor exercising, don't just go through the motions - be there mentally as well.

Good luck. There are no secrets, just dedication and hard work.

A big key to weight loss is portion control. Stop eating as soon as your not hungry anymore. Also, if you tend to snack, ask yourself "Am I really hungry?" before you mindlessly pop something into your mouth. This technique helped me!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
