I always open mine off of my messenger... also, make sure your wireless connection is allowed on your comp... some programs may have it disabled. If those don't work then contact customer support for your internet and they will help you. Good luck.

Dear frend,
Ist reset the connection and start IE.If still there is prob then restart the system also if still prob then try reinstalling II and go in for IE6
