of course. it is called "artificial insemination." semen can be introduced artificially. This is sometimes called the "turkey baster method," or "in utero".
In other situations, a woman's egg can be fertilized outside of her body, and then reintroduced to her womb where it grows to term. This is sometimes called a "Test Tube Baby," or "in vitro."
Then there is the kind of accident other people have described. This is sometimes called "Sex Clinton Style," or "We Did Not Have Sex."

Sperm is very easy to destroy. And they only way to get pregnant with out sex is artificial insemation. So unless you when to a doctor and got frozen sperm and injected it inside you, no it is not possible to get pregnant without sex.

Yes, you can get pregnant without his penis entering you, if his semen comes into contact with your vagina.
Sperm does die when it comes into contact with air, but it will not do so until all of the semen is dried. If he orgasmed on his hand, for example, and touched your vagina while the semen was still there, then you could get pregnant (though it is fairly unlikely).

yes, it dies a little sperm can live for 72 hours. but if he is rubbing this dick against you then sperm will travel and get you pregnant.

All it takes is for semen to enter you whether the penis does or not. If a male ejaculates at the opening of your vagina you DO stand a chance of getting pregnant. Penetration is not a REQUIREMENT. The only requirements to getting pregnant is the presence of semen and an egg.
