Is it a good time for fishing, right after it stops raining in a fresh water location?

yes it is. right after a rain is when fish go into a feeding frenzy because of all the food gets washed into the stream. but depending on what you are fishing for will determen what depth you want to fish.

in the early moring ...before sun light they come up closer to the top then . I use to live right near a lake ...many people going fishing would be out their at 3 am till dawn
