I don't think anyone could have been on 2/29/1945 because leap years don't fall on odd numbered years.

In my kinfolk, we've 2 such human beings. They get to %. what day of the 365 days they have fun their birthday day on. AND, it rather is ANY day of the 365 days, which incorporate vacations. once you have fun your birthday has NO criminal ramifications. you could have fun it any time you opt to. For criminal products, February twenty 9th is often seen to be March a million in those years the place there is not any Feb 29.

15.25 birthdays... you subtract 1945 from 2006 and that gives you 61..now since leap years come every 4 years you divide 61 by 4 and that gives you 15.25
but usually people who were born on february 29 celebrate their birthday on february 28th or march 1st even
oh duh but if leap years fell on odd years that would be the case lol..
