In a letter at the end Sometimes people write P.S. what does it stand for? If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's an example.
Dear person,
Blah Blah Blah da Blah Blah Blah blah blah blah da la det Blah.

Signed,
Person.
P.S. Blah blah.

It means "post script", aka "after the writing". That is used after the "closing" of the letter...i.e. signature. It means it's an added thought or idea. If after the "p.s." you have another addition, it is "p.p.s." aka "past post script". Rarely it is used, but in case you ever see it, you'll be able to sleep better that night because you'll know.

Sincerely,
Obnoxiousposter

p.s. I learned that in English class.
p.p.s. The weather here is beautiful. (different subject than the 'p.s.')
