I can't open Itunes on my computer anymore, does anyone know how to fix it?

When I click on the link it says "ITunes Music Library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file.

Both previous answers will not help you.
Google "ITunes Music Library.itl file is locked" and start reading

Click on the START button then on the RUN, then copy and paste this line into the dialog box
"C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe"

It might work.
