I don't want a bigger booty per say, but I have a flat butt and I want to know how to get it round and shapely.

Forget the bad diet advice. Eat well, exercise frequently. Run or jog 6 miles each day, or ride a bicycle 20 miles each day. Should take about 1 hour for either once you are in shape. Alternate between different forms of exercise as the weather or your mood determines. Nothing beats fitness. Better for you and cheaper than a fake body from surgery. A good figure earned through proper exercise will last a lifetime.

Take a chair, keep standing on for like 25 times. Then take a break then switch the foot you were getting on with. (like if you stepping onto the chair with your right foot , then now get on the chair with your left foot.) Trust me this works, and how do i get my butt smaller, i dont like it round, so i did those things because i thought it was to make it smaller, now i have an even rounder booty. lol good luck

My old lady is Hispanic and she swears (and judging by the look of things she's right) sex doggie style will do it. If your not into that a bike with a narrow seat is supposed to work. All her friends did it in high school but I think they might have over done it. Keep in mind beauty is in the eye of the beholder and leave it to prince charming to tell if it's big enough

Haha. You have to get fat and eat to grow it. There's no other way to add to it, in any noticeable amount. If you want to tone it and shape what you do have, exercise. (But exercise won't help if you have no junk in the trunk.)
Lunges will help your butt. Anything requiring you to move your legs upwards, like martial arts kicking.

Squats with dumbells: this exercise will give a great shape to your butt without making it big and huge.

Horse riding? Eating hamburgers. Doing both together? If you add yodelling it won't help but will be even more entertaining to the onlookers.

Youi could always dress to accentuate your rear.

do yoga and polaties just like other stars do! but don't each your *** off becasue all you're doing is getting fatter from the waist and your butt will get flatter as it is!
