Depends what kind they are, if they're houseflies then fly paper. If they're whitefly then raise the humidity. If they're hatching out the compost then clean out your greenhouse.
How are they getting in? You could try taping a square of net curtain fabric over any windows to keep them out, and use a fly screen over the door.

I understand that in hot weather mesh over the windows is a bad idea - I don't think that venus fly traps can do that much, and if your trying for organic fruit and vegetables a lot of stuff is ruled out.
In my greenhouse I decided against fly paper because it's a bit hard to get out your hair and is generally impractical in a greenhouse, especially a small one like mine. I have a fly killer pen which you can put around edges or untouched areas of the greenhouse. My mum says it works if you use enough of it - just don't touch it.
Good luck!

yellow jacket and flying insect trap for regular flies . it's inexpensive and reusable. if you do have those knats then you will need to make a nicotine mixture. i know sounds yuck. Some people make a nicotine spray to control fungus gnats. Soak 1 cup of dried cigarette butts or crushed tobacco leaves in 1 gallon of warm water with a 1/4 teaspoon of prue soap. Let this soak for about 45min. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer or cheese cloth. You can then spray the mixture on the foliage or pour the mix on the soil. Always treat a small area to see if your plant is sensitive to the mix.

I would go for spiders... although I have serious arachnophobia, I understand their place.

If you want to decrease the amount of bugs in your greenhouse, I would suggest fly paper, as noted by someone else.

you could also try a predatory plant, like a venus fly trap. Home Depot sells them (at least out in California, they do).

you also may want to leave the door shut when you're walking in and out.

hope that helps with what's bugging you! (pun intended)

Seems like if you opened a window on each end, an equal number would fly in as fly out and it would be closer to a natural enviornment where flys are not a big problem.

Are they little flies like fruit flies/gnats? You might want to read up on fungus gnats. They infest the soil and the only way to get rid of them (apart from getting rid of all the infested soil) is by using a biological agent containing a microbe that eats their eggs in the soil. It is practically impossible.

The easiest way is to hang fly-papers that you can get from most large retailers OR hang a battery operated insect killer available from Argos
