I read a lot of your answers and a lot of people said Aaliyah and I agree but it doesn't matter what actor or singer left behind the MOST memorable things b/c all of them have left us with a little bit of something to remember them all.

Aaliyah, she accomplished so much in the 22 years that she was on this earth that most people don't get to do in a lifetime. She left behind so many people that can carry on her legacy, and even though she's gone, she is still and will always be a positive role model for girls and women of all ages!

Will Smith and Bill Cosby they both are very funny comedians and they left you with a smile on your face., Bill Cosby has made many accomplishments in life which is something I will ALWAYS remember. Will Smith iis just fine, a good actor and can be very serious too. If he wasn't married to Jada......lord knows what

I would say Elvis by far.
I saw him once. No singing, but I was in Fort Dix, New Jersey in 1960 when he came back from Germany. Oddly, about 10 months after I arrived in Germany, I was stationed in the next town from where he was stationed.
I also remember the very first time I heard one of his songs. It was at a garage dance in Hayward, California. I was going through a stack of 45's (small records to some of you younger people) when I came upon a record by a guy named Elvis Presley. I thought "What an odd first name!" The record was "Heartbreak Hotel".

Chris Farley,Phil Hartman,Red Skelton,Bob Hope,John Candy and John Belushi...the laughs they gave us are priceless
Stevie Ray Vaughn,Janis Joplin,Jimmy Hendrix,Kurt Cobain,and many more deceased musicians....left us with music thats memorable
