There never is a draw in the 8th finals and further on. First the game is extended - and if that doesn't help, there is a penalty competition.

In the case that there is a draw they will have to do extra time. Meaning, that they give them two 15 min halfs to play with a break in the middle. If they are still tied after that, they will go to penalty shots. There can never be a tie in the second stage and forward in the World Cup, someone has to go.

Can't be a draw.
After 90 minutes, they will play extra time (15 minutes each end) then play a period (I don't know how long) of Golden Goal time.
If scores are still level then they will go to a penalty shootout
