I have been having similar problems, since a few years now. Extreme tiredness, excessive noises from the stomach, stomach pains, muscle weaknesses, hunger, constipation, bloating, etc... And also psychological symptoms... panic, and feeling like I am going to explode, almost all the time.

I searched it on the internet, and after a few months found a forum with people having similar problems. We narrowed it down to "Candida Albicans". They mentioned similar things. They also said that when they went to a doctor most of their results came back fine.

The treatment is to go on a candida diet. One of the person in the forum has been on the diet for quiet a while and she says that she is feeling a lot better. The rest of us have just recently started and we also see some improvement.

To find the candida diet try searching it on the web. The diet is essentially avoiding all forms of sugar, lactose, and sources of yeast. Also, you should try to eat lots of yogurt to reintroduce friendly bacteria in your stomach.

Basically avoid, fruits, fruit juices, bread, and milk. And eat lots of yogurt. ( preferably plain yogurt ( plain because want to avoid sugar) )

And like the person above mentioned, rice is also okay to eat in this diet, and is good.

Candida is something that is found in everyone. But if it owergrows it can lead to this. It releases numerous toxins, and therefore can cause varied symptoms.

You need to see a Doctor and get it checked out. It doesn't sound like a Heart condition, (the pain you get from most conditions isn't sharp and they don't go away in the way you describe or last 7 hours) but it isn't possible for anyone even with Medical training to tell you what it is, without a full examination. It's even possible that it's coming from somewhere like your gall bladder, or a trapped nerve. I had similar sounding pain from one. Don't take chances, make an appointment!

Assuming that you have taken acidophilus (like yogurt), you have what is most probably heat and dampness factor in the large intestine meridian from the Chinese standpoint. I would consider taking one day and eat nothing but white rice in the hopes of removing toxins from the digestive system and going to see a Chinese doctor. The best one in the US is Dr. Yong Lee in Atlanta; his phone number is 770-936-8603.

If I were a doctor, I would assume you had some type of localized infection in the large intestine, and if I were a naturopathic doctor, I would probably assume that you were detoxifying. In either case rice would help.

Symptoms like this can frequently be caused by smoking or other environmental toxins, leading to heat and dampness factor and if I were having these symptoms, I would make chrysanthemum and honeysuckle flower tea after drinking kombucha tea to get rid of the diarrhea and toxins.

Good luck. I know that digestive problems can be agonizing.
