You could also seal the open end of his cubical with plastic wrap and fill the whole cubicl with packing peanuts. The boss will be pissed you wasted the peanuts but you will be remembered forever.

Good luck

Ask your manager if you can sit in a different cube. I had to move in to a different cube at my job because the person in front of me was so loud and made a lot of disgusting body noises and ate food really sloppy and loud.
My manager was aware of this person's habits and felt it would be easier and more peaceful for all involved if I just sat some place else.
It isn't worth making an enemy at work, just move.

I hear that moose really like cheese????

So I guess saying, "Hey, dude, quit throwing $hit" isn't likely to work? Can you have someone else intercede, I mean is he a nuissance to more folks there than just you? Is going to HR possible? Maybe you could get a desk change, complain that the light is giving you migraines or something?

Talk to your supervisor and ask to be moved or that he be moved and explain why. Otherwise he'll have another victim before long. I wouldn't waste my time confronting him myself because he sounds pretty immature to me and that type of person never gets the hint anyway.

Tell him Jesus loves him. Also let your supervisor know this behavior is bothering you.
