You're not going to get a friggin STD from being fondled, or just because your friend turned out to be gay. This is where ignorance will plague you. Do some research.
Sexually transmitted diseases, and some communicable diseases, are transferred through sexual contact and/or swapping bodily fluids. Basically that means you'd have to actually have sex with an infected person, or if HIV is your concern, you'd have to swap blood.
Homosexuals are no more likely to carry disease than any other sexually active person.
Shame on you for not being informed.

You said that somehow you resisted. Sounds like he tried to rape you if you had to "resist" or that you might be a little interested. The only way that I know of that you can get an STD is if body fluids were exchanged. Unless his mouth was on your privates, or there was penetration, I can't think of any reason you would need to worry about it.

you don't need a friend like that go and get yourself checked out by a clinic or a GP he should never of tried it on with you, when you get to the clinic they won't ask you why you have decided to go there but it is upto u whether or not you tell them.
Get rid of your friend and if he has got STDs I suggest you get some help quickly and also if you are really scared tell someone in your family not necessary your parents an older brother or uncle or aunt and they will talk to you and give u the best advice.

I don't beleive you could catch a STD from this contact unless you had an open wound or he penetrated you and was secreting body fluids at the time. For your own piece of mind, go and get checked at a clinic. You won't have to state the circumstances that have made you go there, not unless you want to.
Your 'friend' is no friend.

It's not your health you should be worried about - that's fine.
I'd be more concerned about your friendship.
Did he fake illness to get you round there?
Did he know your sexual preference?
If you hadn't resisted & was fast asleep, would he have carried on regardless?
I think you need some answers here. Your friendship has been abused for sure.
Good luck :-)

Yep I agree with the first answer no body fluid you're fine. Your mate could well be straight but sometimes we do strange things.
the question is "did you really want to let him?" Answer that honestly.

If there was only touching---you should be safe from disease.---Think I would get another friend if your not into being raped while you sit with an ill friend.
