take it to what ever photo editor you have and enlarge it there.

You probably scanned the image a bit too small. Rescan the image, but this time at the highest possible resolution that your scanner will allow.

If you'd like to print it on photo paper at Wal-Mart, Costco, etc, save the scanned photo as a JPG (JPEG).

After you've rescanned at higher resolution and saved to JPG, burn the file to a CD and take it down to your local Wal-Mart or Costco for printing. . .you should be able to use one of their photo kiosks.

i usually use the scan picture wizard. Simply follow step by step. When photo is scanned, it will show a preview. You can enlarge it by, either clicking on icon for larger pictures, or when it ask you what size you want copy to be made, click larger than original, and also options.....there they ask what size.

Ok repeat the scan with greater resolution DPI to any big resolution you like but 1200dpi is enough to scan a big image

You can change the properties of the printer or take the file to walgreens and ask them to print in whichever size you want.

this can be done with any photo editing software.. but note that image quality does suffer if you enlarge it too much but just resize the image in paint if you dont have any other photo software. good luck

almost any photo editor software will allow you to do that. Do a search for free photograph editing software if you don't have one

If you open it in Paint, Go to Image and the stretch.
