Chicken Tikka Masala which was invented in the UK.
Fish & Chips is good if you can find a good chippie.
Otherwise forget about national dishes in any country. Food improves the nearer you get to local specialities.

While fish and chips is nice, I also love a good curry. I'd day they're about equal in popularity.
And what about Sunday Roast Dinner??
However if you ask the UK students they would say pasta! XD

sorry to tell you love but as there are more wogs than whites in the uk the national food is now curry, and what ever the coons eat, my grand dad must be turning in his grave at the thought, fought 2 wars for britain and now what has it come too

No, last I checked it was curry, in the old days when I were a lad it was Roast Beef dinner,that's why the French call us le roast beef (or however they spell it)
