ian kinsler could be available he plays for the rangers and has good stats another guy that gets hits would be jose vidro of the nationals he has 80 singles and is hitting .300 but the steals part will be hard to find try to gte a outfielder that will steal like mike cameron

You might get lucky and find Alex Cintron of the Chicago White Sox available in your league. He's not an everyday player but has decent stats.
