You can have vaginal bleeding that appears to be a period if you are pregnant. However, it is *not* a period (which is vaginal bleeding as a result of ovulation that does not result in pregnancy). Most often, this bleeding is lighter, shorter, and/or different in color than a real period, but occasionally, it does appear to be a normal menstrual period.

yes, it's absolutely possible that you are. Well, it also depends on for how long you were late. It happens that women won't get their periods in the first few months and then they find out finally that pregnancy is already 5 or 6 months old! Wait if you get your next one in time, if not make a pregnancy test ot go to your gyn.
Morning sickness may come up even if you're not pregnant because you seem to become hystercal or something about the situation. You also can wait until this period is over and make a test then. the tests nowadays are rather sensible and show pregancy after a very short time already. I know that because I used to work for a gyn doctor. Good luck anyway.

No. Getting a period is a sign that you are not pregnant. Implanation bleeding is not like a period, it is just a few drops of pink or brown blood. You probably want to pregnant and it is making you sensitive to everything that happens to your body, especially the stuff you just didn't notice before.

You still have this month to get pregnant and, if you're late again, get an hpt.

Good luck,

yes, u may be. If you are indeed pregnant what you had was not a period. It was what it called implantation bleeding. It is usually a like a light period. The color can range from pink to a browish. I would take a test. They are usually pretty accurate. If you do get a negative result and still feel bad take another one in a week.

Yes, vey pregnant. I had my period the very first month I was pregnant so I didn't think I was either. But then I started feeling like I had the flu for the next two weeks. A freind convinced me to take a pregnancy test. I knew it was going to be negative, but NOPE. Now I have a beautiful little girl !!!

Yes, you may be pregnant. Careful w/a home pregnancy test though while still bleeding- you can have a false negative. Best thing is to call your doctor ASAP to get a blood test done to measure your "pregnancy hormone" levels. Also, the bleeding could be a tubual pregnancy- ouch! Best wishes to you!

I don't think so. I'm not an expert, but I think that morning sickness, mood swings, etc. are just regular side affects of your period! Anyway, to get pregnant, you'd have to have sexual intercourse. Male sperm would have to enter your vagina. If you're still curious, get a pregnancy test or go to www.beinggirl.com for more information.

More than likely not because when you get your period that is your uterin lining breaking apart because there is no life for it to sustain. The way you feel might be you under stress (causing period to be late). Could be many issues.

yes you can have your period while you are pregnant. I had mine for the first 4 months of my pregnancy with my oldest.....didint even know i was pregnant til i started to get round. If you even have the smallest suspision of pregnancy i would take a pregnancy test...better to be safe then sorry so you can get on your vitamins and get prenatal care ASAP

Yes you can still be pregnant even though you have had your period. Tyr taking a pregnancy test - but beware - you can get a false negative....The best test is a blood test from your doctor.
