Property which is used in actual worship services more than two days out of a month, and vehicles used strictly for transport to and from services should remain exempt from taxation.
I'm defining worship services as exclusively religious functions, not social gatherings, lectures, or rallies of any kind. Social issues are fair game, but political candidates should not be commented on in any way, form or fashion. Tax exemption is a privilege, not a right, one that hinges on neutrality in electoral matters. The privilege should be revoked if churches endorse, campaign for or contribute funds to candidates or parties.
Any property which is used for purposes other than church services and or transportation to and from services should be subject to taxation on an increasing scale similar to the scale for income tax. This includes clergy residences, TV and radio broadcasting stations, vehicles not used in transportation of parishioners who require a ride to and from services, including but not limited to clergy's personal vehicles, privately owned aircraft.
If they want to play the game of politics, them must pay the admission price like everyone else.
If they want to start a for-profit business, let any such venture be taxed in the exact same fashion as any non sectarian venture.

I feel that the chruch itself should not be taxed but any money making commercial enterprise such as a hospital or parking lot that rents parking places should pay property tax and income tax.

I don't believe anything should be taxed. Taxation is the forceful expropriation of rightly owned property at gunpoint. If you don't pay a tax, people with guns come to escort you into a little cage where you will be locked up with rapists and murderers. If you resist, they will blast a little hole in your head.
So no, religions, which do far better loving and charitable work than government ever could, should not be taxed. I.e., I don't think we should point any more State-owned guns at our priests, rabbis and ministers.
How's this--? I think government should be taxed!!

Yes religion should be taxed. Where do you think so many politcal and rich people hide their money. The beauty of it is they just withdraw it like a bank. Of course there is a few % points for the service.

Not unless they are for profit. Churches are generally non-profit organizations and are entitled to the same tax breaks as any other non-profit organization.
