If you have hair on there, as opposed to the scrotal sa and area just above that, you have an issue. You should have hair ON your pe**s, as you so wonderfully typed it!

Guys hit puberty at all different ages. For me it was 9 for my brother 13 You just have to Wait and see. You can always ask your dad or older bro when they started getting it. Kinda narrow it down a little.

Hair does not really grow on your pp but around it i your pubic area at about 11 or 12 years of age.

Actualy boys and girls are strting puberty earlier. I would say 6 months to 1 year after starting to get erect durring puberty.

Between 12 and 14 you should start getting hairs around your penis and on your testicles. It does not gorw on your penis itself.
