Your first step is to have the inmate send to you a SIGNED copy of form CDC-106, which you will fill out and return for processing.
If you are approved, the guy you want to visit will be notified and he will inform you.
If your application is rejected, the prison will notify you of the refusal, the reason and how to appeal the decision.
