Lots of military surpluss stores and magazines have them for sale. You can also look through back issues of GUNS&AMMO.You may even find them at a flea market.

I actually got one at the flying tiger's museum in Florida - not sure that you can get them retain and unless you know someone with a Barrat or some serious (and probably illegal) firearm then you will probably be struggling.
You might be able to trace one at an army surplus/historical army store.

Army and Navy surplus stores often carry empty ammunition casings, in all calibers. Search Yahoo for "Army and Navy Surplus" in your community, and then start calling.
