About the first answerer, funny, but of course that's not possible to have superior evolution because of gender differences.

To the questioner, that's quite hard to measure, but you could argue that they are the best adapted to their enviornment becaue dark skin protects them from the sun.

At this minute there are no most evolved. Humans like animals have evolved and adapted to the current state of being. All started from the same seed and evolved into what they are today. Humans will one day move on to other planets and those will be the ones who's bodies will re-adapt or evolve to a new state. Now what makes them a higher level of Evolution? Nothing. They may grow wings and their body may learn to breath something other then air and would not be able to come back to Earth. So in this case the only way to say which has evolved most is by Intelligence. Or should I say evolved best would be by intelligence. You can evolve positive and then start going the other way. So maybe a monkey may have already been a human and evolved back to what they are today. That would make them the most evolved would it not? So the answer to your question is no the African man proably is not the most evolved. Probably a fish of some kind.

If you believe in evolution and I am assuming you do based on the question.

It is logical then that man evolved from Ape's/Chimps and that the African's would then be the first evolved man. Then men migrated and other traits started to appear. Lighter skin colors, lighter hair as they moved North. Asian eyes evolved as they moved East and so on.

Based on immigration patterns that some people believe, that Asians came across the ice brigde into North America and then South America. I would give the most evolved man award to the South American Indians.

Evolution is a continuous process. No being can ever claim the title of "Fully or Most evolved"
